Terms of service

These terms cover the use of Booking CRM, a booking and customer management app run by IA a la Orden. By using Booking CRM you agree to them. Questions: hola@ialaorden.com.

The service

Booking CRM lets a business take bookings on its own website, keep them in step with its calendar, send confirmations and reminders, and keep a list of its leads and customers. Features may change as the service grows.

Your account

Keep access to your sign-in email secure: anyone who can read it can sign in. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

Your data

The information you and your customers enter belongs to your business. We use it only to run the service, as our privacy policy explains. You are responsible for having your customers' permission for the messages you send them.

Acceptable use

Do not use Booking CRM for anything unlawful, to send spam, to collect information you are not entitled to, or to interfere with the service or other users.

Availability

We work to keep Booking CRM running and back up its data regularly, but the service is provided as it is, without a promise that it will never be interrupted. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or missed bookings.

Ending

You can stop using Booking CRM at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. When an account ends, its data is deleted as the privacy policy describes.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date, and important changes are announced by email.
